This is EXACTLY why I am Focused On Rebuilding Movement (FORM) because I want you practice without pain! To feel stronger and more resilient by building strength through mobility instead of focusing on stretching.

 I will teach you; practical anatomy and energetics, clinical tests to check for the most common injuries, and the knowledge to actually fix it yourself.
